1. You cannot increase your divine power by 'training' or 'absorbing' power from external sources.
2. You can only roll ONCE per update, no exceptions.
3. You cannot impart intelligence, sentience, ideas, or concepts to creatures.
4. You cannot set up perfect situations for creatures to learn concepts or invent new items.
5. You may only help tribes and creatures attain higher knowledge by setting up good conditions, such as giving them challenges to overcome.
6. How effective your action is depends on multiple variables, the first is how high your roll is, the second is what you are trying to perform, the third is how much the action is desired (judged by the GM) for instance, if parts of the world are still barren, and a player is trying to create a sentient race, the roll might be penalized by the GM. The fourth variable is how many sentient creatures are worshipping you.
7. Worship bonuses come from sentient creatures worshipping you as a god, the bonus is obscure so the player cannot directly use it to validate if his/her action SHOULD be successful.
8. You cannot kill other gods.
9. You may take other actions that donot require divine energy, such as communicating with creatures, talking with your fellow gods and such, but anything that actually requires energy to do cannot be done.
10. You will be limited to ONE AVATAR. An Avatar is a creature that is imbued with your divine energy, they are demigods of sorts, they are created in your image and serve as your physical manifestations in the world.
11. You cannot simply create a sentient race, you must evolve them from the ground up.
12. If you create a magical species to serve you or create golems to do your bidding they will feed off of your divine energy, if you donot give them a steady supply they will either be destroyed or no longer serve you (if they find some other energy source to live off of.) You can only create one hundred magical entities to serve you, the more you have the more your divine actions will be penalized.
13. You cannot combine rolls with other gods, you may repeat their action if their roll was bad (say, they got a 15, and you like their action, you state that you are rolling to perform the same action, and roll.)
